Is it free to search and book as a guest?
Yes. Searching, viewing listings, and messaging hosts is completely free. A small service fee is added to your booking total at checkout — this is shown clearly before you confirm.
How do I know a listing is legitimate?
Hosts verify their identity and property details when they list. All reviews come from confirmed stays only — you cannot leave a review unless you actually stayed. We remove listings that generate complaints.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies are set by each host — Flexible, Moderate, or Strict — and are shown on every listing before you book. Refunds are processed automatically according to the policy if you cancel within the stated window.
Can I list my property if I already use Airbnb or Booking.com?
Yes. TPT Stay supports iCal calendar sync so your availability stays in sync across all platforms automatically. Bookings from any channel block the dates on all others in real time.
What countries do you support?
New Zealand and Australia. Pricing is in NZD or AUD depending on your location. GST is handled correctly for both NZ and AU hosts.
How do hosts get paid?
Payouts are processed via Stripe and transferred to your bank account after each guest checks in. You can see your full payout history and GST breakdown in the Finance dashboard.
